Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Offer courteous and professional customer service by welcoming patrons, guiding product choices, promoting items and services, helping locate products, aiding purchasing decisions, and handling or directing customer issues appropriately.
• Maintain coverage across assigned sales floor zones and provide assistance at the Front End when necessary, coordinating with team members to ensure comprehensive floor presence and customer care.
• Organize designated areas by zoning to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the sales floor, handle featured product placement, and manage merchandise recovery from the Customer Service area and other store locations.
• Stock shelves and merchandise, including restocking from back stock and completing downstocking, apply product protection as required, and set up or refresh modular displays such as flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance by adhering to company policies, conducting safety walkthroughs, and confirming that displays and fixtures are securely installed.
• Adapt to varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business demands and ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.

Challenges You May Encounter

• Managing high volumes of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including overnight shifts, while maintaining energy and focus.
• Engaging in physically demanding activities such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting items up to 20 lbs., sometimes up to 50 lbs., and performing repetitive tasks like stocking and zoning with precision.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $17.15 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidates must be 16 years of age or older.
