Threedeedu, Dubai's pioneering Emirati youth-started 3D printing company, operates one of only three DET-licensed 3D printing production facilities in the emirate. Role Overview

The General Manager will oversee all daily operations of Threedeedu’s flagship store, print farm, online platforms, partnerships including Bambu Lab/AMT and BIQU, P&L management, and the team. This position serves as the founder's right hand and acts as the representative face of the brand to governmental, institutional, and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual business plan, budgeting, and P&L for retail, filament sales, hardware, and finished products streams.
• Lead recruitment, management, and professional development for teams across store operations, sales, education, production, and digital platforms.
• Maintain and grow supplier and distributor partnerships with entities such as Bambu Lab (via AMT), BIQU/BIGTREETECH, Polymaker, and logistics providers.
• Drive acquisition of B2B, government, and institutional contracts aligned with UAE procurement guidelines prioritizing Emirati-owned SMEs.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations including DET licensing, VAT/FTA, MOHRE/WPS, consumer protection laws, trademark, and product safety standards.
• Prepare and deliver weekly KPI reports to the founder covering revenue streams, margins against landed costs, inventory levels, memberships, and sales pipeline status.
• Collaborate with Xnods (the manufacturing and expansion division) on joint production efforts, pricing strategies, and regional rollout plans.
• Expand the educational division offering 3D printing, coding, and technology workshops for youth, solidifying this as a core element of the brand.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in management roles, preferably within retail, technology hardware, distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated responsibility for P&L and leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more employees.
• Strong skills in commercial negotiation; experience interacting with distributors and OEM/private-label suppliers is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of the UAE market; fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of 3D printing and additive manufacturing technologies, or a strong willingness to rapidly acquire expertise in this area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; possession of an MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
