Role Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including food production and customer service
• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management activities
• Provide training, coaching, and motivation to team members
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and food costs effectively
• Ensure adherence to McDonald’s food safety standards
• Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
• Supervise maintenance and operational needs to exceed excellence standards

Candidate Profile

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Demonstrated passion for customer service and team support
• Minimum of 1 year experience in leadership or military service recognized as equivalent
• Commitment to workplace safety and excellence
• Strong communication skills and ability to anticipate customer needs
• Capacity to make timely decisions and provide solutions in a fast-paced setting
