About the Role
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing a profitable restaurant operation while ensuring high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are continuously met. This role involves strategic planning in partnership with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals.
Leadership Responsibilities
The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, guiding them in establishing departmental objectives, tracking performance, and providing coaching to enhance operations. Additionally, the Manager may handle hiring and development of both Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership pipeline.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must possess prior experience as a General Manager, particularly within quick service restaurant settings or have McDonald's management experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting weekly salary range between $1,124.20 and $1,200, negotiable based on experience
- Annual salary approximately $58,000 to $65,000
