Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors, with demonstrated success in managing financial performance
- Exceptional operational skills suitable for high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Dedicated to delivering quality food and superior customer service
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members effectively
- Clear and strong communication skills, adept at conflict resolution and providing direction
- Experienced in managing inventory, labor scheduling, and financial controls

Basic Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Successful completion of background check
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Frequent use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
- Regular periods of standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks for extended durations
- Occasional use of taste, smell, and long-distance vision; may encounter chemicals and uneven surfaces; may use step stools or ladders
Work Schedule and Conditions
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Standard restaurant setting with potential exposure to extreme temperatures from equipment or weather
- At least 50 hours of work per week required
