Position Overview
This role is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise in Corinth, MS. Please note that the franchisee operates autonomously from McDonald’s USA, managing all employment-related aspects including hiring, scheduling, and disciplinary actions. McDonald’s USA does not participate in employment decisions or have access to application details.
About the Role
The General Manager is tasked with overseeing a profitable restaurant operation while ensuring it consistently meets McDonald’s high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This position involves collaboration with leadership to set and execute business targets.
Leadership responsibilities include managing a team of Department Managers, supporting them in goal-setting, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing coaching to enhance departmental performance and overall restaurant success. Additionally, the General Manager may be responsible for recruiting and developing Department and Shift Managers to maintain a strong management team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience managing high-volume locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
