General Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive General Manager to lead our McDonald's restaurant in Belchertown, MA. This key leadership position is focused on operating a profitable outlet while upholding McDonald’s stringent standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager collaborates with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals, ensuring excellence across all departments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of Department Managers, each with specific roles within the restaurant.
• Support Department Managers by assisting them in goal setting, monitoring progress, providing mentoring, and guiding improvements to enhance their departments and overall restaurant performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong leadership pipeline for future success.
