About the Role
This position is for a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee independently manages all employment aspects including hiring, discipline, and scheduling. McDonald's USA operates only as a licensor of the brand and provides no involvement in hiring decisions.

Responsibilities
- Lead a profitable restaurant operation ensuring adherence to McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute goals for the restaurant.
- Manage and develop a team of Department Managers by setting targets, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance.
- Recruit and mentor Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager managing high-volume quick service restaurant locations is highly desired.
- Background in quick-service restaurants preferred; hospitality or retail experience also considered.
- Must be at least 18 years old to manage corporate-operated restaurants.
