About the Role
As a General Manager at a corporate-owned McDonald's restaurant, you will lead a high-volume location ensuring excellence in quality, service, and cleanliness. This leadership position involves managing departmental goals and providing coaching to enhance overall restaurant performance. Experience in quick service, hospitality, or retail sectors is highly valued. This role requires you to be at least 18 years old.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure profitability and adherence to McDonald's customer standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to set clear, measurable goals for the restaurant and develop plans to achieve them.
- Lead and support Department Managers by guiding goal setting, progress evaluation, and performance improvement.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience managing general operations of high-volume establishments, preferably quick service restaurants.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach and guide teams effectively.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
