Role Responsibilities

The General Manager holds full accountability for the restaurant's operations, including controlling costs, managing inventory and cash flow, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Key duties include creating staff schedules, ordering supplies, training team members, and overseeing hiring processes. Managers eligible for a profit-sharing bonus based on cost control achievements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years or older
• Preferred: at least one year of restaurant management experience
• Availability to work weekend evenings

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 with a production bonus of $400 to $2000
