Job Overview

The General Manager role is pivotal in ensuring a profitable restaurant operation while maintaining McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This leadership position involves collaborating with senior management to set and achieve restaurant goals by leading a team of Department Managers, guiding them to meet their targets through coaching and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate a profitable restaurant by adhering to McDonald's critical customer standards.
• Work closely with leadership to establish and implement strategic goals for the restaurant.
• Lead and support Department Managers by assisting in goal setting, progress monitoring, and coaching to enhance department performance.
• Oversee hiring and professional development of Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team for the future.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager in managing high-volume locations.
• Strong preference for background in quick service restaurants; hospitality or retail experience also considered.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for management in corporate-owned restaurants.
