Key Responsibilities
The General Manager spearheads a team of Department Managers, guiding them in setting department-specific goals, monitoring their performance, and offering continuous coaching to enhance departmental effectiveness. Strengthening each department catalyzes overall restaurant improvement. The role also involves recruiting and mentoring Department and Shift Managers, ensuring capable leadership succession.
Candidate Profile
Preferred applicants possess prior experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurant settings. Backgrounds in quick-service restaurants are particularly advantageous, with hospitality or retail experience also valued. Candidates must be at least 18 years or older to qualify for managerial positions within corporate-owned McDonald's outlets.
