About the Role

Wisevets Academy Llp seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee operations at Moonlight Mushroom Farm located in Panipat, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of mushroom farm activities, ensuring high standards of quality and productivity while achieving set targets.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee daily operations of the mushroom farm, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Plan and supervise production schedules and crop cycles to optimize yield
• Lead and manage farm staff, including assigning duties and monitoring performance
• Maintain strict quality control, hygiene standards, and productivity benchmarks
• Handle management of raw materials, inventory control, and procurement activities
• Coordinate sales efforts, manage dispatch logistics, and fulfill customer orders promptly
• Keep accurate records of daily production volumes and expenses
• Strive to meet or exceed production, quality, and revenue objectives

Candidate Profile

• Strong leadership abilities and skills in team management
• Effective communication capabilities coupled with basic computer proficiency
• Prior experience or knowledge in mushroom farming or agriculture is advantageous
• Dependable, practical, and focused on achieving targets

Additional Information

The compensation for this position ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 40,000 per month.
