Position Overview
The General Manager serves as the primary leader for a restaurant, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the success of that location. This role emphasizes driving sales targets, overseeing team performance, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The incumbent utilizes established systems and methods to maximize profitability, enhance guest satisfaction, and foster employee development. Accountability is maintained through direct reporting to the District Manager.
Qualifications
- At least two years of prior management experience
- Completion of high school education
- Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations is mandatory
- Possession of a valid driver’s license

Higher Secondary (Class 12)
