Role Description

The General Manager will oversee daily resort operations, ensuring the Radisson brand's high service standards, managing staff, and optimizing financial performance. This role involves setting and achieving strategic objectives, maintaining guest satisfaction, coordinating efficiently with department heads, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively
• Experience in the hospitality sector, especially with branded hotels (preferably Radisson Hotels Group) in managerial positions
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and operational oversight
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
• Ability to develop and implement strategic goals and policies
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Preferred degree in hospitality, business administration, or related fields
• Mandatory proficiency in Montenegrin and English languages

Compensation

• Net monthly salary ranging between 4000 and 5500 EUR based on candidate qualifications
• Annual performance bonus ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 EUR depending on goal achievement level
