About the Role
This position is at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee utilizing McDonald's brand and products; the franchisee is the employer, managing all employment-related matters independently from McDonald's USA. The General Manager is tasked with leading the restaurant to profitability while upholding McDonald's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and pursue restaurant goals.
- Supervise and mentor Department Managers, assisting them in goal setting and performance improvement.
- Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to ensure a capable leadership team.
- Manage daily operations ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven prior experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations.
- Preferably experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Must be at least 18 years old for corporate-owned restaurant management roles.
