About the Role
Join the Bican Family McDonald’s team as a General Manager, where you will lead one of our high-performing McDonald’s restaurants in South Bend, IN. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and cultivate a strong management team within the restaurant
- Drive sales growth, increase guest satisfaction, uphold cleanliness standards, and ensure operational excellence
- Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory, cash controls, and overall profitability of the restaurant
- Provide coaching and motivation to managers and staff members
- Guarantee exceptional customer service throughout every shift
- Foster a positive atmosphere centered on teamwork and accountability
- Train and mentor future leaders in the organization
Candidate Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- At least two years of experience as a General Manager within a busy restaurant environment
- Proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills
- Experienced in managing daily restaurant operations, staff coordination, and financial performance
- Capable of multitasking and excelling in fast-paced settings
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends
- Experience with McDonald’s preferred
- Graduation from Hamburger University preferred for former McDonald’s General Managers
- Valid driver’s license required

Employment decisions, including hiring and management, are handled solely by the franchisee, and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald’s trademarks but is a separate employer and company. As such, all employment matters are managed by the franchisee.
