About the Role
This opportunity is with a restaurant owned and run by an independent franchisee licensed to operate under McDonald's brand and products. Please note, this franchisee is separate from McDonald’s USA and handles all employment matters independently. Your employer for this position will be the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Consequently, McDonald’s USA does not influence hiring or employment processes at this location.
Job Overview
As a General Manager, you will be accountable for operating a profitable restaurant while ensuring high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness as required by McDonald’s. You will collaborate with your leader to set business objectives and develop strategic plans to meet them. Leading a team of Department Managers, you will support their goal setting, track progress, and provide coaching to enhance departmental performance which in turn boosts overall restaurant success. You may also have responsibility for recruiting and mentoring Department and Shift Managers to shape a strong leadership team for the future.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants possess prior experience as a General Manager, preferably overseeing high-volume outlets, with a strong preference for backgrounds in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to hold a managerial position in corporate-owned restaurants.
