Role Responsibilities

The General Manager oversees the successful and profitable operation of a restaurant, ensuring adherence to stringent standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These elevated expectations make this role critical to restaurant success.

Working alongside leadership, the General Manager sets ambitious restaurant objectives and devises strategic plans to fulfill them.

This position requires supervising a team of Department Managers, each accountable for specific restaurant areas. The General Manager supports these leaders through goal-setting assistance, progress monitoring, and providing ongoing coaching and leadership to enhance department performance, thereby boosting overall restaurant success.

Further responsibilities include recruiting and nurturing Department and Shift Managers, securing capable leadership to ensure the restaurant's sustained growth and success.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven General Manager experience overseeing high-volume locations is essential.
• Previous work background in quick service restaurant environments is highly preferred, though hospitality or retail experience can be considered.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for managerial roles in corporate-owned locations.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 annually.
