About the Role
This position is located at a franchise-operated McDonald's restaurant, independently owned and operated separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling. This role demands leadership of a high-volume restaurant with a focus on maintaining McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Job Overview
As General Manager, you will be accountable for the profitability and operational success of the restaurant. Collaborating with your leader, you will set strategic goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them. Your leadership extends to overseeing Department Managers, guiding and coaching them to meet their targets and elevate departmental performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in recruiting and nurturing future Department and Shift Managers to strengthen the team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate possesses prior experience as a General Manager, preferably in quick service restaurants with high customer volume or related fields like hospitality or retail. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for management roles in corporate-owned establishments.
