Key Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations including food preparation, customer service, and managing staff and management team
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staffing processes proactively to ensure adequate team coverage
• Manage employee performance effectively through coaching, training, and motivation
• Make critical business decisions concerning inventory, budgeting, and food procurement to optimize costs
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and ensure workplace safety for guests and employees
• Supervise all operational requirements, including maintenance, to meet and exceed company standards

Candidate Requirements

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED preferred
• Demonstrated passion for customer service and team support
• Minimum of one year experience in leadership, motivation, and development of personnel or U.S. Military Service background
• Commitment to workplace excellence and safety
• Excellent communication skills and ability to anticipate and meet customer needs
• Adaptability and decisiveness in a fast-paced environment
