Key Responsibilities

• Oversee profitable restaurant operations, ensuring alignment with McDonald's critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Partner with leadership to establish and execute restaurant goals and strategies.
• Lead and guide Department Managers by supporting them in setting departmental objectives, monitoring their progress, and coaching for continuous improvement.
• Recruit, hire, and train Department and Shift Managers to strengthen the leadership pipeline for future success.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager managing high-volume restaurants, preferably in quick-service, hospitality, or retail sectors.
• Minimum age of 18 years to qualify for this management role.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop teams.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary at $55,000 per year.
• Next Day Pay, Restaurant Operations Bonus, Referral Bonus, Daily Rewards Bonus, and Service Award Bonus.
