Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall profitability and operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Set clear restaurant goals collaboratively with leadership and devise actionable plans to reach these targets.
• Lead and support Department Managers by helping them establish their own objectives, monitoring progress, providing coaching, and improving departmental performance.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop managerial staff including Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team for future success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager, preferably in high-volume quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail environments.
• Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a managerial position in corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants.
