Leadership and Team Management

Working closely with leadership, the General Manager sets the restaurant’s strategic goals and develops a comprehensive plan to achieve them. This role involves directing and supporting a team of Department Managers, each accountable for specific areas within the restaurant. The General Manager coaches these managers on goal-setting, monitors their performance, and provides ongoing guidance to enhance departmental operations, thereby improving the restaurant's overall success.

Hiring and Development

The General Manager may also oversee the recruitment and professional development of Department and Shift Managers, ensuring the restaurant is equipped with capable leadership moving forward.

Candidate Profile

Preferred candidates will possess prior experience as a General Manager overseeing high-volume locations, ideally within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
