Overview
Step into the role of General Manager at a McDonald’s corporate restaurant, where you’ll lead a dynamic team and oversee the operations ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Direct a profitable restaurant operation, setting strategic goals and implementing plans to achieve them.
- Lead and develop a team of Department Managers, helping them set objectives and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance.
- Oversee hiring and training of Department and Shift Managers, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.
- Maintain McDonald’s critical standards for quality, customer service, and cleanliness across the restaurant.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, ideally in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a managerial position.
