Job Overview

The General Manager is accountable for operating a successful restaurant by maintaining McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role entails collaborating with leadership to establish goals and executing plans to meet them.

Leadership

The General Manager oversees a team of Department Managers, supporting them in setting departmental goals, monitoring their progress, and providing guidance to enhance operations. This position also involves hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a competent leadership team for the future.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must have prior experience as a General Manager, preferably within quick service restaurants or with prior McDonald's management experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive starting weekly salary between $1,124.20 - $1,200, negotiable based on experience
• Annual salary range: $58,000 - $65,000
