Candidate Profile
- At least one year of General Manager experience in high-paced service settings.
- Knowledge and practical skills in operational procedures and cost control.
- Proven experience in hiring, retaining, and developing multiple staff members.
- Competence to lead teams and enforce food safety and member protocols.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting technology such as POS and ATS systems.
- Preferred possession of a valid driver's license with a safe driving record adhering to company standards.
