Key Responsibilities

• Assemble multiple foam pieces into complex units by applying adhesive and pressing edges together.
• Reinforce seams by gluing around edges for a smooth and durable finish.
• Package foam components into bags or boxes as specified.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain accurate counts of boxed and shipped items.
• Utilize a tape measure to read and interpret dimensions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for shifts lasting 8 or more hours.
• Frequent use of hands for manipulating, pushing buttons, and reaching.
• Proficiency in English for reading, speaking, and comprehension.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base hourly wage of $19.05 plus a $1.50 shift premium for second and third shifts, totaling $20.55/hour starting pay.
