Job Summary

This role involves working in multiple areas performing diverse tasks necessary to maintain smooth operations and assist with specific needs as they arise.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere rigorously to safe work practices and company policies, including Standard Operating Procedures, to prevent injury to oneself and others.
• Contribute actively to food safety awareness and responsibilities.
• Participate fully in all training sessions, applying learned skills and knowledge effectively on the job.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and keep the entire facility clean and orderly.
• Collaborate as a team player to achieve operational goals.
• Carry out any additional reasonable duties assigned by the Manager.
• Provide assistance to the Wet End Team for various product lines.
• Help the Distribution Team with palletizing tasks.
• Support shutdowns, startups, and cleaning activities as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification.
• Successful completion of the Job Skill Evaluation process.
• Demonstrated ability to perform arithmetic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations to make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a good safety record at work.
• Have a dependable attendance record.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
