Our client is a prominent UAE-based insurance brokerage specializing in tailored insurance and risk management services for both individuals and business clients.

Job Duties

• Evaluate submissions and assess risks in areas including Property, Liability, Engineering, Marine, and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) insurance segments.
• Develop and prepare quotations, quote slips, proposals, renewal terms, comparative analyses, and recommendation documents.
• Manage communications and negotiations with insurance providers regarding policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, refund processing, and adjustments to premiums.
• Offer support to the sales department while ensuring comprehensive maintenance of underwriting records, documentation accuracy, and regular updates within CRM systems and relevant online portals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hands-on experience in General Insurance Underwriting within an insurance brokerage environment.
• Deep expertise in Property, Liability, Engineering, Marine, and SME insurance products along with strong policy analysis capabilities.
• Practical knowledge of insurance portals, capable of managing policy issuance, quotation generation, and insurer negotiation processes.
• Proficient English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to collaborate successfully with clients, insurance providers, and internal teams.
