General Help - Full Time

Position Overview

As part of our team in Niagara Falls, Ontario, you will handle a variety of important duties including cleaning, meal preparation, serving guests, and washing dishes. Your role is key to ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and take orders from customers with friendliness, hospitality, and thorough product knowledge.
• Prepare an array of beverages accurately, labeling lids and pots properly.
• Assemble food items such as bagels, wraps, and sandwiches while upholding food safety regulations.
• Operate food preparation equipment including ovens and egg cookers to make baked goods and breakfast items.
• Ensure all display cases meet company standards.
• Perform daily cleaning of production and back-of-house areas.
• Accept and store inventory deliveries in back-of-house, and restock front-of-house supplies each day.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant interior and ensure equipment sanitation during each shift.
• Work efficiently to maintain quick service and fulfill guest orders promptly.
• Address guest concerns or complaints immediately, working to resolve issues satisfactorily.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability to work flexible schedules is advantageous.
• Strong enthusiasm for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while following food safety protocols.
• Interest in food and beverage preparation, and good time management skills.
• Ability to operate various kitchen equipment and handle up to 25 lbs of weight; comfortable working in refrigerated/freezer environments.
• A cooperative attitude and eagerness to work safely alongside a team.
• Responsible, dependable, and punctual work ethic.
• Previous customer service experience is a benefit.
• Willingness to cross-train and assist in multiple outlet operations as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The role offers an hourly wage of $17.60, with exact pay depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. We comply with pay transparency laws and more details will be shared during recruitment.
