General Director – International School

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified General Director to lead a renowned international school located in Riyadh. This leadership role entails comprehensive accountability for the school's strategic planning, academic excellence, operational efficiency, administrative functions, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer the strategic vision and direction of the school to fulfill institutional goals.
• Provide executive supervision over educational, operational, administrative, and fiscal aspects of the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a senior leadership team committed to high performance.
• Maintain superior standards concerning educational quality along with a positive experience for students and parents.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize operational processes.
• Establish and nurture solid relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Champion ongoing institutional growth, development, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with pertinent laws, policies, and standards.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years in educational roles with substantial leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing international schools.
• Prior senior leadership positions such as School Director, General Director, Head of School, Executive Principal, or Education Director.
• Experience overseeing integrated academic, operational, administrative, and financial school functions.
• Record of leading leadership teams and enhancing institutional progress.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, performance oversight, and financial administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
