General Cleaner

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and meticulous General Cleaner to oversee cleaning and maintenance duties across our office spaces and various company-owned properties. This role also involves preparing company apartments for guests before and after their stay.

Key Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and communal areas.
• Maintain upkeep of company apartments and other managed properties.
• Prepare bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms for guest arrivals.
• Change bed linens, towels, and arrange guest amenities to ensure comfort and readiness.
• Monitor and manage cleaning materials, toiletries, and linen stock.
• Identify and report any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Uphold privacy and confidentiality standards consistently.
• Travel between different company properties as needed to fulfill responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in professional cleaning.
• Background in cleaning offices, apartments, hotels, or serviced residences.
• Proficient in English for speaking, understanding, reading, and communicating.
• Able to follow instructions and provide clear status updates in English.
• Familiar with cleaning supplies, equipment, and sanitation protocols.
• Honest, punctual, physically capable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work flexibly, including some weekends or public holidays if necessary.
