Position Overview
We are searching for an expert GenAI Lead to guide pioneering projects in Generative AI. This role requires applying advanced AI models and cloud technologies to create scalable, efficient AI applications. The position demands collaboration across teams, agile project management, and staying ahead of AI trends.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead creation and deployment of Generative AI applications utilizing technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and langchain.
- Design and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Manage full-stack development with emphasis on system observability, reliability, and infrastructure scalability.
- Establish AI governance protocols ensuring ethical and compliant AI deployments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and metrics.
- Drive projects through Agile practices to achieve timely delivery.
- Continuously update knowledge of AI advancements and incorporate innovations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Generative AI technologies including Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and langchain.
- Advanced skills in Python programming, full-stack development, and FastAPI framework.
- Experience with Azure Cloud services such as Azure DevOps, API Management, Cosmos DB, and PostgreSQL.
- Competency in containerization and deployment with Docker and Cloud Foundry.
- Application of observability tools to maintain reliable system performance.
- Sound understanding of AI ethics and governance practices.
- Minimum of eight years in advanced AI and software development roles.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of additional cloud platforms like AWS.
- Experience with frontend technologies including React.
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork.
- Proficiency with Git version control and GitHub Copilot.
- Familiarity with advanced large language models such as Claude.
