About the Role

A prominent holding company focusing on the textile and garment sector in Qatar is looking to recruit a skilled Garment Factory Manager. This role demands an experienced professional to oversee effective factory operations and lead production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and control all aspects of factory and production processes.
• Strategically plan and manage manpower, equipment, and materials for optimal usage.
• Ensure that production goals, quality benchmarks, budgets, and schedules are consistently met.
• Design and implement strategies aimed at boosting productivity, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Track and evaluate factory performance and profitability metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and planning teams to facilitate seamless production workflow.
• Lead and inspire the workforce, conduct assessments, and uphold a disciplined, efficient work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience managing garment factory operations.
• Demonstrable background in manufacturing management and factory administration.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic communication.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse, multicultural teams.
• Solid analytical, technical, and problem-solving expertise.
• Capable of making autonomous operational decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
