Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled farm worker/gardener to independently manage and maintain a private farm or garden. This role demands authentic experience in agricultural practices rather than general domestic housekeeping or basic gardening.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and care for vegetables, herbs, and fruit trees
- Prepare soil and handle seeds and seedlings
- Operate and manage irrigation and watering systems
- Apply fertilization and composting techniques
- Perform pruning and general plant maintenance
- Address pest and disease issues with basic management knowledge
- Handle light cleaning and maid duties related to the environment
Requirements
- At least 3 years of genuine farming or agricultural experience
- Proven ability to work independently managing a farm or garden
- Comprehensive understanding of vegetable, herb, and fruit tree cultivation
- Knowledge of soil preparation and plant care fundamentals
- Experience in irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pest control
- Immediate availability for joining
Additional Information
Candidates who are general domestic workers with only basic gardening knowledge are not suitable. This position is not for housemaids but for those with substantial agricultural expertise. Along with gardening responsibilities, some basic cleaning tasks akin to maid duties will be required.
