Job Overview

Secret Gardens LLC is seeking a dedicated Gardener to maintain and care for gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped spaces in Dubai. This role involves various gardening activities to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold garden, lawn, plant, tree, and landscaped area upkeep.
• Conduct planting, watering, pruning, trimming, and removal of weeds diligently.
• Prepare soils, apply fertilizers, and support pest and disease management efforts.
• Care for flower beds, hedges, shrubs, and grass areas routinely.
• Use and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform lawn mowing, edging, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure garden spaces remain clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Adhere to directions from supervisors or foremen, completing assignments promptly.
• Observe and practice health and safety guidelines during outdoor work.
• Communicate any issues regarding plant health, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs to supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in gardening, landscaping, or garden maintenance is favored.
• Basic understanding of plants, gardening implements, and maintenance methods.
• Physically capable of working outdoors under varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, industrious, and cooperative team player.
• Able to follow instructions accurately and maintain quality standards.
