Role Overview

We are looking for a diligent and proactive Gaming Coordinator to join our Gaming Operations team. Collaborating closely with the Gaming Management, you will manage everyday coordination, ensure compliance, enhance presentation, and boost performance across gaming operations. You will oversee four gaming locations with a total of 885 machines and contribute to tasks such as reporting, audits, loyalty program management, promotions, installations, and floor rearrangements.

Primary Duties

• Deliver both operational and administrative assistance to the Gaming Management Team.
• Support regulatory compliance, facilitate audits, and assist with gaming-related reports.
• Organize gaming machine floor movement, conversions, and installations as necessary.
• Participate in promotional activities and continuous operational improvements.
• Monitor operational data to identify ways to boost performance and enhance member satisfaction.
• Serve as a dependable contact point for gaming coordination within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Collaborative team player with integrity, proactive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication capabilities.
• Good analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an intermediate level.
• Experience with gaming systems or analytical software; familiarity with Aristocrat systems is a strong advantage.
• Knowledgeable about gaming regulations, compliance, and promotional activities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with flexibility, including early morning installations and occasional late-night projects.
