Role Overview

As a Gaming Attendant reporting to the shift manager, you will help deliver outstanding and memorable service by being an engaging part of an enthusiastic team. Your role involves welcoming and engaging members, delivering prompt and pleasant service, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact warmly with members and guests, building positive relationships.
• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service throughout the area.
• Clear and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of service stations.
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Utilize our in-house ordering systems effectively.
• Maintain proper hygiene standards related to food handling and presentation.
• Communicate clearly with patrons and co-workers for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability to work across all seven days of the week.
• Genuine passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
• Strong communication and customer service capabilities.
• Possession of current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certifications.
• Good manual handling skills and enjoyment of active, on-foot work.
