Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Game Owner excited to manage enduring casual and hybrid-casual titles played by millions daily, supported by their own player communities. The ideal candidate values collaboration, embraces innovation, and approaches the role with enthusiasm and curiosity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy, live operations, and performance monitoring of a hybrid-casual game.
- Establish product vision and roadmap, ensuring end-to-end execution.
- Utilize data insights to optimise key performance metrics including retention, monetization, engagement, and user acquisition performance.
- Work closely with user acquisition, design, technology, and data teams to align activities.
- Maintain a balance between gameplay quality and business objectives.
- Lead both internal and external teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Champion experimentation efforts, including A/B testing, game economy design, and content strategy.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling mobile games, ideally within casual or hybrid-casual genres.
- Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience interpreting KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of game economies, live operations, and monetization methodologies.
- Proven leadership in coordinating cross-disciplinary teams and aligning stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a mindset of full ownership over projects.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a collaborative approach.
