Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Game Developer specializing in Playable Ads to design and implement captivating, interactive playable advertisements that enhance the effectiveness of our user acquisition campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to transform game concepts into lightweight, engaging playable experiences, iteratively refining these based on campaign insights to boost user engagement, conversion rates, and game downloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and iterate playable advertising creatives specifically for mobile gaming platforms.
- Translate creative ideas and game concepts into compelling interactive experiences, including prototyping innovative mechanics and gameplay variants.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize playable ads by analyzing campaign outcomes and conducting A/B testing.
- Ensure optimal performance by focusing on loading speeds and minimizing file sizes across various mobile devices.
- Investigate and apply new tools and AI-driven workflows to accelerate the development process and enhance efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have at least two years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficient with TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or HTML5 technologies.
- Practical experience with Cocos Creator or comparable game engines.
- Skilled in creating game mechanics, gameplay logic, or interactive experiences.
- Strong grasp of animation techniques, UI interaction design, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude with the capacity for rapid prototyping and iterative development.
- Demonstrated passion for mobile games and game development, particularly puzzle genres.
