Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete trade processing workflows to guarantee accurate execution and recording of all transactions.
- Conduct securities reconciliations to promptly detect and address any inconsistencies.
- Regularly update and maintain standing data ensuring the precision and integrity of operational records.
- Deliver high-quality work according to agreed timelines and productivity benchmarks, fostering operational excellence.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls while upholding superior service quality in a controlled operational environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 4 to 8 years of professional experience in trade support, investment operations, fund administration, or securities operations.
- Extensive knowledge in trade processing and reconciliation practices.
- Previous experience collaborating with custodian banks, asset management firms, hedge funds, or investment banking operations.
- Familiarity with asset classes like equities, fixed income instruments, mutual funds, and derivatives.
- Sound understanding of operational control frameworks, regulatory compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
