Role Overview

We are seeking a proficient Fullstack Engineer with expertise in Node.js and TypeScript to join our AI & Developer Experience team. The role entails building and maintaining fullstack applications, scalable backend services, and AI infrastructure tools that aid developers in deploying and managing AI agents effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end product features using TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Create scalable backend APIs and integrations powering AI infrastructure and developer-facing products.
• Contribute to AI infrastructure to support reliable deployment and management of AI agents in production environments.
• Own feature development from conceptual design through implementation, testing, deployment, and refinement.
• Enhance developer experience by crafting intuitive interfaces, APIs, and workflows for complex distributed systems.
• Collaborate closely with AI, platform, product, and engineering teams to address technical challenges and deliver value to customers.
• Maintain high engineering standards by writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and influencing architectural decisions.
• Tackle technical challenges involving distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and ensuring reliability of production AI applications.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience developing production-grade applications with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Proficiency in building modern web interfaces using React or similar frontend technologies.
• Strong understanding of backend architectures, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming paradigms, and integration patterns.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or related systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native application development, containerization technologies, and contemporary deployment workflows.
• Solid grasp of software engineering best practices including testing, performance optimization, security, and maintainability.
• Proven capability to independently lead technical projects delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude and flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements.
• Effective communication skills and experience working with distributed teams.
• A strong product mindset with an eagerness to understand and solve developer and customer challenges.

Preferred Experience

• Background in building AI-powered applications, AI agents, or Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks, orchestration tools, or patterns for agent development.
• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven designs, or microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with Dapr, Kubernetes, Docker, and public cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of real-time systems, messaging queues, or asynchronous processing flows.
• Contributions to open-source projects or experience developing tools for developer communities.
• Exposure to early-stage or rapidly scaling technology startups.

Work Schedule

Our global teams work across Europe and North America. The India-based team generally begins around 12:00 PM IST with required core hours overlapping the US time zone from 8:30 PM to 12:00 AM IST. Outside of this window, working hours are flexible.
