Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer skilled in C# and with direct experience in building AI agents. This role involves close collaboration with a Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, and QA Engineer to transform client requirements into stable web applications, ranging from new builds to ongoing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and sustain web applications using React for front-end and C#/.NET for back-end.
- Design, develop, and optimize AI agents, including crafting effective prompts to ensure consistent outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools daily to enhance writing, reviewing, and testing of code.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to interpret requirements, estimate tasks, and adhere to deadlines.
- Convert UI/UX designs into polished, responsive React user interfaces.
- Coordinate with QA to address bugs and maintain high code quality.
- Participate actively in daily stand-up meetings, code reviews, and client discussions.
- Produce clear documentation and provide proactive progress updates.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five years' professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks, including ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Comprehensive full stack development experience with front-end technologies and relational databases such as SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience creating AI agents and expertise in prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with Git version control, RESTful API development, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Fluent written and spoken English, capable of effective communication with US-based teams and clients.
- Availability to work nine hours daily, Monday through Friday, aligned with US Eastern Time (EST).
- Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace at home.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable in a fully remote work setting.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced experience with React.js for front-end development.
- Knowledge of integrating AI services and APIs into production environments.
- Background in collaborating with US or international clients.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between ₹90,000 and ₹100,000.
