Full-Time Year-Round Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

Camp the Range RV Park is seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join their team on a full-time, year-round basis. This role suits candidates who have maintenance experience, enjoy outdoor work, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks related to property and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the RV park premises
• Perform plumbing and basic electrical maintenance duties
• Operate and upkeep lawn care equipment efficiently
• Carry out routine maintenance on grounds and property
• Work predominantly outdoors in diverse weather conditions
• Dispense propane following completion of required certification

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Successfully clear a background check
• Preferably have previous maintenance experience
• Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, and lawn equipment is advantageous
• Comfortable working outdoors throughout most of the work shift
• Ability and willingness to dispense propane after certification

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Approximately 40 hours of work per week
• Hourly wage of $16
