Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Stylist to join our Sydney location. This role provides a distinctive experience working in a luxury, appointment-only setting where each client’s journey is carefully crafted to be personal and memorable. You will engage closely with clients, fostering meaningful connections while embodying the high standards of service and styling expertise synonymous with KYHA.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized bridal consultations in an upscale studio atmosphere.
- Create tailored styling experiences for each client to ensure satisfaction and uniqueness.
- Follow up with clients thoughtfully and in a timely manner to maintain engagement.
- Precisely document client information and interactions using HubSpot CRM software.
- Assist with the upkeep of studio aesthetics and support day-to-day operations.
- Participate actively in nurturing a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or bridal sectors.
- Demonstrated skill in delivering client-centered, personalized service.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional appearance consistent with KYHA brand standards.
- Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, styling, and luxury client engagements.
