About the Role

Join the established and renowned CIBO ITALIANO, a centrally located Italian restaurant in Singapore, as a full-time service crew member. This role involves no late-night overtime with a split shift operation schedule. You will contribute to daily restaurant operations, offering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations including opening and closing duties.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service to all customers.
• Provide product recommendations and address customer inquiries.
• Manage dine-in, takeaway, corporate, and delivery orders efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
• Prepare both hot and cold beverages as required.
• Accurately handle cashiering and sales transactions.
• Keep the restaurant environment clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Monitor front-of-house supplies and liaise with suppliers when necessary.
• Support the wider team throughout daily operations.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage, preferably in restaurants, cafes, or bars.
• Strong team player with a willingness to support various operational areas.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Responsible, motivated, and positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Well-groomed, attentive, and committed to maintaining high service standards.
