About Clemenger Field Marketing
Clemenger Field Marketing's retail marketing branch, CGL – Retail Services, features two main brands, Creative Activation and Clemenger Field Marketing. This division excels in driving sales growth through merchandising, sales teams, brand promotion, in-store training, mystery shopping, and auditing services. Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated full-time Sales Merchandiser to contribute to expanding market share and enhancing category performance for one of our key clients, Procter & Gamble, a global FMCG leader known for world-class brands used by over 8 billion people worldwide. This role operates Monday to Friday, 38 hours weekly, covering the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell core and new product developments (NPD).
- Negotiate increased shelf space with store managers to boost market presence.
- Optimize the impact of current and upcoming promotional campaigns.
- Drive sales targets and results consistently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within stores.
- Pre-sell new items and expand product range distribution.
- Implement product layouts effectively.
- Provide reports and feedback on field activity and key insights.

Essential Criteria
- Experience in sales within retail, FMCG, or merchandising sectors.
- Pharmacy experience is considered advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work independently.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
