About the Role
Join COMSPOT’s team in Darmstadt as a Sales Associate focusing on Apple products. Located centrally on Ludwigsplatz, you will bring the world of Apple to life by providing exceptional direct customer service. Your role involves closely guiding customers from initial consultation to final purchase while ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customers through consultations and secure successful sales with a positive shopping atmosphere.
- Handle daily store operations including offer preparations, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
- Provide expert advice on technical products and services offered by the store.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably possess a commercial education in retail or have prior sales experience; career changers are welcome and will receive thorough onboarding.
- Show enthusiasm for technology and enjoy sharing knowledge with customers.
- Present yourself openly and courteously, adept at tailoring solutions to diverse client needs; proficiency in German at C1 level is essential.
- Be a cooperative team member who supports colleagues and fosters a positive store environment.
Compensation
Monthly gross salary ranges between 2,425 and 2,650 EUR depending on qualifications and experience.
