Role Overview

We are seeking a service-driven Room Attendant to help maintain cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public spaces. This role is essential to providing guests with a welcoming environment and upholding our high standards of hygiene and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to meet company standards.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with fresh linens, bedding, towels, soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other necessities.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols established by the hotel.
• Maintain familiarity with hotel facilities, staff roles, services, and surrounding amenities such as local dining and shopping areas.
• Comply with the hotel's lost and found procedures by identifying and reporting any items left by guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

• Must possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong multitasking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
• Understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Additional Information and Terms

The hiring procedure may include phone and manager interviews, background and reference checks, drug screening, and potentially an employment assessment.
